Workout Plans
The app gives you access to two gym and two home workout plans:
- The Embrace Gym Guide
- The Power Gym Guide
- The Confidence Home Guide
- The Movement Home Guide
Both guides allow you to choose between a 3-day or 5-day split to accommodate your lifestyle.
These workout plans are 8 weeks long but you can also start them over at any point.
Real Time Workouts
If you prefer following a real-time workout (rather than working from a list of exercises), a few individual workout videos will also be available to you (ten of them are available on launch).
These are real time workouts and include voiceover.
