Before generating a workout plan for you, the app allows you to select your preferred training location (gym or home) and split (3 or 5 days per week); making sure that you get a plan to suit your needs.
Beyond. workout plans are suitable for beginners and every workout includes video tutorials for every exercise. You also have the option to adjust the number of reps and amount of weight you use for each exercise included in your workouts.
If you prefer following a real-time workout (rather than working from a list of exercises), a few workout videos are available for you on Beyond. as well - these include voiceover to help you follow along.
The Good Bite has collaborated with Beyond. for an exclusive library of wholesome food and the app offers a variety of meal plans.
Available dietary options include vegan, vegetarian; or you could select 'standard' if you do not have any special requirements.
