The Good Bite has collaborated with Beyond. for an exclusive library of wholesome food which you will have access to on the app as soon as you've signed up with us.
There are two ways to create your meal plan:
- from the home tab (home icon on the bottom left of the app screen)
- and from the meals tab (burrito icon on the bottom centre of the app screen).
To start creating your day's meal plan, just select 'add meal' and choose from the available options. Meal categories include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts. Swap left and right on every category to browse the available dishes.
Select an option you like to bring up the meal information and click 'add meal' to add the dish you've select to your plan for the day.
Once you're done building the day's plan, you can switch to another day and continue this process until you've built your meals for the entire week etc. You can switch days/week from the top of the home tab.
If you would like to delete or switch a meal you've already added to your plan, you can do so from the home tab as well. Just tap the 'x' icon on the top right corner of each meal or the 'switch' icon on the bottom right.
