We advertise Challenges on our socials, by email, and inside the App. You can enrol in challenges directly inside the App.

To enrol in any of our challenges:

1. Open the Content library (dumbbell icon).
2. Challenges will appear at the top of the page under Current Challenge.
3. Tap the challenge and choose your preferred training location (home or gym) to see an overview of the challenge.
4. Tap Join community guide or Switch to this Guide to enrol in the challenge
5. After you successfully enrol, your programme will appear on your home page.
